El DEUC Y SU MARCO DE UTILIZACIÓN EN LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS DE CONTRATACIÓN.
La Ley 9/2017, de Contratos del Sector Público (LCSP), supone una generalización normativa del uso del DEUC que ya había venido siendo impuesta también en virtud del efecto directo de las Directivas al transponer el Reino de España tardíamente las mismas. Pero, tras un año de la nueva norma ¿a qué procedimientos de contratación se aplica y cómo? A ello pretende dar respuesta este trabajo.
Law 9/2017, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP), supposes a normative generalization of the use of the DEUC that had already been imposed also by virtue of the direct effect of the Directives when transposing the Kingdom of Spain belatedly. But, after a year of the new standard, what recruitment procedures are applied and how? This is the answer to this work.
