A través de este artículo se analiza la incidencia que tiene la protección de datos personales en el ámbito de la contratación pública, y, en concreto, la regulación que se contiene en la LCSP, la cual se ha visto también directamente afectada por normas nacionales y europeas que han sido dictadas en materia de protección de datos personales.

Abstract:
Through this article we analyze the impact of the protection of personal data in the field of public procurement, and, specifically, the regulation contained in the LCSP, which has also been affected by national and European regulations that they have been dictated in the matter of protection of personal data.
