VALORES ECONÓMICOS DE LOS CONTRATOS: COSTE Y BENEFICIO (EL PRECIO)
El objetivo de este documento es proporcionar un significado para el término «precio general de mercado», que ahora es indeterminado en el artículo 102.3 de la Ley 9/2017. Asimismo, tratará de explicar el concepto y significado de «valor razonable» y definirá las características de la admisibilidad de los costes en los contratos públicos y la forma de calcular el beneficio del contratista.
Como punto de inicio debe ser considerado el «precio» del contrato como la suma del coste admisible y el beneficio del contratista.
The purpose of this document is to provide a meaning for the term "general market price", now it is undetermined in article 102.3 of Law 9/2017. It will also try to explain the concept and meaning of "reasonable value" and define the characteristics of the eligibility of costs in public contracts and the way to calculate the contractor's earnings.
As starting point, "price" of the contract should be considered as by the addition of the eligible cost and the contractor´s profit.
